1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Unlimited VPN Android application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. 3-Day Free Trial & Subscriptions

Unlimited VPN offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Monthly at ₹600/mo, 6-Month at ₹3,000/6mo, Annual at ₹5,000/yr). Every new subscriber is eligible for a 3-Day Unlimited Free Trial.

• Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. Charges occur automatically at the end of the 3-day trial unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the trial expiration via Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are governed by Google Play Store Refund Policy guidelines.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Unlimited VPN to engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Distributing malware, spyware, or launching Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks.
• Engaging in unauthorized access, hacking, or port scanning against third-party networks.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM) or deceptive phishing material.
• Violating intellectual property rights or copyright laws.

4. Service Availability & Warranties

While we strive for 99.9% uptime across our WireGuard server infrastructure, Unlimited VPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. High-demand network conditions may occasionally affect individual server latency.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited VPN and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruption or loss of data.
